The Main Problem That We All Face

Have you ever wondered, “What are essential oils good for?” Me too! Fortunately, I’ve done a lot of research and experimentation so you don’t have to! Below are the main ways I like to use essential oils.

What Are Essential Oils Good For?

Essential oils have many different uses. Below are the top 3 ways I like to use essential oils.

1.) Aromatically in my 8 hour diffuser to boost my mood in the morning or calm down at night. It also has a great benefit of cleaning the air too since the essential oils I use are natural cleansers. What are essential oils good for

2.) Topically as a natural hand cleaner and as a key ingredient in my DIY deodorant recipe. I love this since it’s free of toxic chemicals and helps to neutralize bad odor.

3.) Internally in my smoothies! I love making green smoothies and adding lemon, wild orange, and cinnamon essential oils in there. They help with flavor, detoxing, and digestion.

Note: Only use Certified Pure essential oils for internal use.

In Summary

Essential oils can be used aromatically, topically, or internally. I love to use them to boost my mood, address body odor with a awesome DIY deodorant recipe, and internally in my green smoothies.
