1.) Eat Right: This means eating more live and whole plant foods that help you repair and regenerate from the inside out. Cutting out processed foods and drinking at least half you body weight in ounces each day are some other things to consider.
2.) Exercise: The key is to make this a lifestyle. The best exercise is one that you’ll do consistently. If that means once a week, twice a week, or three times a week, the important thing is to just get out there and start doing something even if it means walking for 30 minutes everyday.
3.) Rest: Getting 7-9 hours each day should be your goal. I know some people scoff at the thought of “that much sleep” but this is critically important for weight management, mental clarity, and reducing stress the next day.
4.) Manage Stress: Most people think about emotional stress, but cellular oxidative stress is also something that affects everyone. The key is to manage stress by closing the gap between your expectations and reality and by using oils that help provide emotional balance.
5.) Informed Self Care: This means looking at trusted essential oil guides, videos on my channel, and doing your own research on pubmed. The more informed you are, the more empowered you can feel with your health.
6.) Proactive Medical Care: This is not waiting until something happens, but means taking steps DAILY to improve your health or maintain wellness. The best way to do this is to use essential oils on a daily basis and avoid the “reactive” approach to wellness.

1.) Essential oils: I like to use lemon oil, wild orange oil, and cinnamon oil in my green smoothies every morning to help with my digestion, detox, and flavor.
