When you use citrus oils like the ones in the picture, you also want to make sure to use stainless steel, glass, or ceramic.? I love doTERRA’s stainless steel water bottle since it’s so sturdy and easy to use!

The internal benefits are amazing when you drink these oils with water. I’m a personal fan of alkaline water since it promotes wellness and you can find that at a local water store or buy an ionizer so that the water can reach a pH above 7.?

Once you do that, you’ll want to start drinking water all the time!

Some of my top citrus oils to add to my water throughout the day are:
?Grapefruit
?Lemon
?Lime
?Wild orange

All you do is add 2 drops per 8 ounces and you’re all set. A 16 oz bottle just needs one drop of each!
