1.) Apply one to two swipes on areas of face, neck, or chest and rub in to promote healthy looking skin. The face and neck tend to get the most sun so these are some good areas to start with.

2.) Add a couple swipes onto the palms of your hands with fractionated coconut oil and rub your body down after a shower for a more full body experience that moisturizes your skin.

3.) Add 10 drops Immortelle blend, 1 ts sp of zinc oxide, and fill the rest with fractionated coconut oil into a small glass jar (about 1/4 cup worth). Mix contents until one texture is formed and use before and after you are exposed to the sun. If you want a more solid texture then mix in about 2-3 tbl sp of shea butter.
