1.) A Executive becomes an Elite when they purchase at least 100 PV and have an OV of 3000+. PV stands for point value and OV stands for organizational value.

2.) Focus on becoming a product of the product. The key is to become a s”Super User” where you are using essential oils and the supplements (ideally) that doTERRA offers on a daily basis. All you do is match up your health priority with a natural solution and try something out until it works and then repeat that positive habit.

3.) Learn as much as you can about the products. Watch my youtube videos, read books, attend conferences or retreats, and listen to conference calls to learn about 1.) what products are available 2.) how to use all the products 3.) the benefits of all the products. This will help you become a walking natural solution provider!

Top 3 Core Principles To Keep In Mind

1.) Teach and share: Once you learn about the products inside and out then the next step is to share your knowledge with others by building relationships and helping people when they are ready. Hosting or teaching group classes and doing 1 on 1’s is the name of the game.

2.) Work with the people that move towards you: You want to work with people that are open to natural solutions and trying essential oils. After that point, it’s all about becoming someone that they know, like, and trust to reduce their risk of making a purchasing decision with you. The more comfortable you can make them feel, the better.

3.) Talk to the next person: When people have a limited belief system in the oils and don’t understand or appreciate what you are offering then it’s best to talk to the next person. This doesn’t mean give up on them, but this does mean you move on for now to keep your sanity.
