Had an awesome time this past week at Motivational Mondays hosted by Steve Moreno and the Self Defense class hosted by the Young Professional Society! If you’re looking for a superb crossfit las vegas experience, then look no further!
Physical fitness is such an important part of wellness because it helps to reduce stress, build lean muscle, and connect with other like minded people.
I’ve enjoyed the @motiv8ionalmondays workouts (top picture) because they challenge me to push myself further!? This is the ultimate crossfit experience since the exercises change each week and the group is great!
The self defense class using Filipino martial arts techniques with Lance Parvin @catfoundation and @yps702 was great and taught me a lot about moves that are counterintuitive to my normal thought process but effective against someone that’s a threat.
I sure hope I can remember everything, I felt like a ninja for 2 hours!?
