1.) Q: How do I get 30% back in FREE product credits?
A: Your LRP % grows over time from the first month you order after enrolling by doing at least 50 point value. Make sure you go with someone that you know, like, and trust before enrolling though.

2.) Q: How do I create or change my LRP order?
A: Log into your account then click “Create New LRP Order” or edit items in a existing order. Your enroller can help you with this or I can help you if you are one of my customers.

3.) Q: How do I redeem my LRP points?
A: In your virtual shopping cart, select “Use Points” on the products you want to get for free that month. New points are added on the 15th of the following month after the order is placed.

4.) Q: How do I cancel my LRP order?
A: You can cancel your order anytime by phone, online chat, or by emailing doTERRA at service@doterra.com. They can help you redeem any unused points, but be aware that you revert back to only 10% rewards when you reorder through LRP.

5.) Q: How do I get my shipping reimbursed?
A: You’ll get back 50% of your shipping when you place an LRP order. The other 50% of your shipping comes when you process your order online instead of calling customer support.
