1.) A Manager becomes a Director when they purchase at least 100+ PV and have an OV of 1000+. PV stands for Personal Volume and OV stands for Organization Volume.

2.) Making sure you have 100+ PV in your cart at all times is also going to make sure you qualify for income since enrollments for new wholesale customers and wellness advocates can come all throughout the month.

3.) Focus on adding value to wholesale customers, help people get oils retail if that’s what they want to do, and only present the business opportunity if you know someone really well AND know they are looking for something better work wise. It’s about customizing the value you offer to people when they are ready, not pressuring them to buy something or become something they are not ready for.
