1.) Former Names: This arena has been called the Delta Center (1991-2006) and the Energy Solutions Arena (2006-2015) and this was based on which company had the primary sponsorship at the time.

2.) Address: The Vivint arena is located at 301 West South Temple and is in the downtown Salt Lake area. The Salt Palace is not too far away from it as well!

3.) Location: The Vivint arena is located in Salt Lake City, Utah 84101 and I love all the surrounding sites and restaurants in the area! My favorite restaurant is Zest and their carrot cake is to die for, but make sure to get there early during convention time so you have a seat!

Inside The Vivint Smart Home Arena

1.) Opened: The Vivint arena was first opened on October 4th 1991 and has a long legacy of sports teams that have played there and events that have taken place.

2.) Capacity: 20K+ people can fit into the arena and the setup is very versatile depending on the event. I love the stage and all the speakers during convention!

3.) Team: The Utah Jazz have been in this arena from 1991-present and is one reason why this location is so jazzy, lol!

4.) Big Event: The doTERRA Convention happens every September and I’ve been going every year since September 2014! I love hearing all the stories, learning about all the oils benefits, and trying out all the new products! I’m like a kid in a candy store for sure!

In Summary

The Vivint Smart Home Arena is home to the Utah Jazz and hosted a lot of other teams in it’s hay day. I love going there once a year to doTERRA’s convention and it’s truly a magical place filled with 30,000+ essential oil enthusiasts! It’s like the largest aromatherapy human diffuser display, lol!
