Sometimes I come home in the middle of the day and need to calm the mind chatter and catch up on sleep since the night before may not have been a full 8 hours. Power nap time to the rescue!
Taking a quick 15-20 minute nap to recharge my batteries has been really helpful for me.?
That’s where Balance and Serenity come in! I like to put 3 drops of Balance and 3 drops of Serenity in my diffuser and also put a couple drops on my reflex points to make sure my brain is relaxed.?
Once I lay down, put my eye mask on, and close my eyes, I am KNOCKED OUT! I make sure to tell Siri to set a 15 minute timer so I don’t oversleep and take away from my night sleep. ?
This helps me wake up and feel rested and not Mr. Cranky pants, lol!??
