The Main Problem That We All Face
Have you ever had the time to work out but didn’t feel like it? Have you ever felt like working out, but not have the time? These two are really hard for me to have at the same time, but it’s nice to know that folks like Angela are helping people get their twerk on!
Getting Your “Twerk On” Works Best With
1.) Eating right and proper hydration: This is especially important since you want to make sure your blood sugar isn’t too low during a workout (can get a headache or “crash”) and that your body has enough water so you don’t get cramps.
2.) Getting enough rest: I know that if I don’t get at least 8 hours of sleep that I’m not 100% when I work out. When I get less than 7 hours of sleep (which happens from time to time with my schedule) I tend to lose my mental sharpness and ability to recall things.
3.) Talking to your doctor or physician to make sure that you are approved for this type of physical activity. They may need to see one of Angela’s videos since this is a relatively new type of dance.
Getting your “twerk on” doesn’t have to just something that Miley Cyrus does! I’ve had a few lessons from Angela on this dance move and like poppin my booty from time to time since it involves a lot of body control and is a good work out! 😉
