doTERRA fractionated coconut oil is my go to carrier oil since it has so many uses for the home or spa.
Did You Know?
Fractionated coconut oil is great for massage therapists or as a natural 1 ingredient replacement for your after shower lotion!
The Main Problem That We All Face
Do you know someone that has occasional skin irritation from the sun or that would like a lotion that doesn’t have so many “hard to pronounce” ingredients? Fractionated coconut oil is a great natural solution that I’ve been using for years and absolutely love it!
Top 3 Uses Of Fractionated Coconut Oil
1.) Apply 3-5 drops of essential oil per 1 tbl sp of fractionated coconut oil and rub into skin (best if it goes on first before the essential oils).
2.) Fractionated coconut oi is an odorless, non-greasy, non-staining carrier oil that doesn’t clog pores (great for face, neck, legs, arms, and back).
3.) Great for DIY deodorant recipes, massages, and facial routines since it’s easy to apply and only 1 ingredient!
doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil Blends Best With
1.) Deep Blue oil blend: This blend is great with fractionated coconut oil because it helps it to absorb better into the skin and get deeper into the tissues.
2.) AromaTouch oil blend: This is the massage blend and is great for massage therapists or for people looking for something that they can take to their massage therapist. AromaTouch helps with circulation, blood flow, and tight muscles and joints.
3.) Lavender essential oil: If you’ve spent too much time in the sun or are looking for protection from the sun then lavender and fractionated coconut oil will be a great choice. Lavender helps to soothe and the coconut oil has about an 8 SPF by itself.
Fractionated coconut oil is great solution for “hotter” oils like oregano, clove, cinnamon, cassia, thyme, and wintergreen. Having the proper ratio is important when applying topically. If you just need to use it for your face then enough to lightly coat your palms would be enough.
