Did You Know?

Ancient Roman warriors used fennel because they believed it gave them strength during battle! Talk about plant power!

The Main Problem That We All Face

Do you know someone that would like a healthier digestion or would like something sweet without all the added calories and sugar? Well fennel has got your covered. The black licorice candies you see at the movie theaters get their inspiration from this small little seed!

Top 3 Uses Of Fennel Essential Oil

1.) Add 1 drop fennel with 1 drop of cassia on top of hand and lick off for a sweet & sassy treat! I love this because it satisfies my sweet tooth like nobodies business and wakes you up too!

2.) Add 1 drop per 1-2 ts sp of ground fennel in cooking dishes. This is great since the oil carries a lot of flavor and has way more therapeutic value to your body then just the ground seeds you get at the store.

3.) Diffuse 3-5 drops in a 4 hour diffuser or inhale directly from bottle. Smelling this wonderful oil in reminds me of a candy store, lol!

Fennel Essential Oil Blends Best With

1.) Lavender essential oil: Fennel blends well with lavender because good ole lavy is great during the night time to calm and relax and would be great to diffuse with it too.

2.) Peppermint essential oil: Peppermint and fennel makes for a great breath mint or gum replacement since together they have a sweet kick that knocks bad breath out with a one-two punch!

3.) Basil essential oil: Basil is great at adrenal support and works hand in hand with fennel for a healthier digestion.

In Summary

Fennel essential oil has a strong, purifying, and supportive effect on your body and especially your digestive system. I love combining fennel with other feisty oils like peppermint, cinnamon, or cassia for an added kick!
