1.) A Platinum becomes a Diamond when they purchase at least 100 PV and have 4 legs of 9000+ OV each. PV stands for point value and OV stands for organizational volume.

2.) Teaching and sharing: doTERRA is a product education company so being a product of the products and focusing on helping people when they are ready with education is going to be key.

3.) Leading your leaders: This means understanding what motivates them and making sure they feel supported with events, conversations, and resources that will help them get to the next level.
