An Aromatherapy Course is a great way to improve your mind, mood, and memory so that you can be more productive in life or in your profession.
Did You Know?
There’s a big disconnect between what essential oil experts and aromatherapists believe when it comes to the internal use of essential oils. In fact, the very mention of that fact could potentially cause a RevOILutionary War online, lol. Quality (brand), quantity (amount used), frequency of use, and plant type are all factors to consider.
The Main Problem That We All Face
We breathe in a lot of not so good stuff everyday whether you can see it in the air or not. I know that’s true when I walk through the casinos here in Las Vegas! I feel like plugging my nose and walking around with a gas mask sometimes, but that would just look weird.
The Natural Solution
Having the ability to breathe in lemon oil, other citrus oils, and blends while I’m walking around is a powerful way to detox my body and reduce all that airborne oxidative stress! You can also learn more about aromatherapy with the free mini courses I have on my youtube channel!
The Main Benefits Of An Aromatherapy Course
– Using essential oils aromatically involves breathing in either a fine mist or vapor of the oil with diffusion, direct inhalation, cloth or tissues, hot water vapor, vaporizers/humidifiers, fans/vents, or wearing as a perfume or cologne.
– Breathing in the essential oil straight from the bottle is a powerful way to benefit your memory, hormones, and emotions through the nose and olfactory system.
– Inhaling essential oils with a nebulizing or ultrasonic diffuser is also a quick and easy way to affect multiple body systems including your sinuses, larynx, bronchial tubes, and lungs. This also covers more areas of your home or office.
– My favorite diffuser is an ultrasonic one since it is quieter, vibrates the oil into the air as a cold steam or mist which lasts several hours, and has an automatic shut off timer.
How To Find The Best Aromatherapy Course Online
1.) Price: The most affordable option is on youtube. You may see ads from now and then, but at least you get to learn from the comfort of your home with someone that you relate to.
There’s other courses that vary in price online from a simple google search online, but price is only one part of the equation towards making a decision that is right for you.
2.) Quality: The main goal for an aromatherapy course should be to improve the mind, mood, memory, or emotions of yourself or others in a job that requires some type of training or certification. With that in mind, you should go with a person or company that you know, like, and trust.
If you are looking for a accredited source that can give you a certificate of completion then obviously youtube wouldn’t be the best option, but I would also keep in mind that what you do with the information is more important than a piece of (digital) paper of completion.
3.) Service: Can you get in contact with your instructor or course creator if you have questions? Do they provide you with an objective and fact based approach to aromatherapy that you can take actionable steps on?
Is there response time within 24-48 hours? These are all things to consider when choosing an online course besides their attitude and knowledge level.
An aromatherapy course is a great way to learn about how to use essential oils and positively benefit your mind and mood in the fastest way possible. There’s lots of options online that are free (my youtube channel), low cost (groupon), or higher cost (website) so choosing the best one based on what your needs are is most important.
